Jessica Cockrell
Jessica Cockrell is the Branch Owner of TWFG-Cockrell Insurance, bringing over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She founded the agency with a clear mission: to give clients more options and the ability to choose coverage that truly fits their needs, not just a one-size-fits-all solution.
Jessica works across a wide range of insurance services, including life, health, commercial, home, and auto. By partnering with more than 25 carriers, she is able to provide clients with competitive options while helping them find the right balance of coverage and cost.
At the core of Jessica’s approach is a simple philosophy—treat every client the way she would want to be treated. She is committed to making sure each person she works with feels informed, supported, and genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process.
Outside of the office, Jessica is a devoted wife and mother. She has been married to her husband for 11 years, and together they have three boys and three dogs. Their family stays busy and active, especially in the sports world, and is often on the go. Jessica also gives back to her community by volunteering her time with local nonprofit organizations.
Kayla Babcock
Kayla Babcock is an insurance agent with TWFG-Cockrell Insurance, where she is dedicated to helping families protect what matters most without overpaying for coverage. Although she is newer to the insurance industry, Kayla brings years of experience from her background in education, where she developed a strong passion for helping others, building trust, and clearly explaining complex information.
Kayla specializes primarily in auto and home insurance, while also assisting clients with a wide range of other coverage needs. She works closely with families to find solutions that fit their lifestyles and budgets, always keeping the process simple, approachable, and responsive.
Her goal is to build real relationships with her clients—being someone they can rely on, not just when purchasing a policy, but whenever they have questions or need guidance.
Outside of work, Kayla is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two children, a son and a daughter. She and her husband are also passionate about giving back to their community, having started a baseball team in Needville, Texas for children with special needs.
Casey Craig
She doesn’t sell insurance… but she does make it look good. With a background in photography and social media, she brings personality, creativity, and a human touch to the agency. Think less “boring insurance talk” and more real-life connection, helpful information, and content people actually want to pay attention to.
